The guests have access to the whole villa and its private premises around. The villa has a private parking and before the main entrance you will find some stairs.
The house is located in the village of Mariou in Southern Rethymnon of Crete, around 8 minutes to the centre of Plakias by car. The Beaches like Damnoni, Amoudi, Amoudaki, Plakias Beach and Souda Beach are around 10 to 15 minutes by car. Near the house is an excellent tavern and mini market.
ince the villa is situated in the mountain village of Mariou (roughly 200 Meters above sea level) and the roads in souther Crete can be quite steep, it is definitely advised to have a rental car to get around. There are possibilities also to rent scooters or mountain bikes but since its a rural area it will take some time to get up the mountain again.
