PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 3PM
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, housekeepers are on tight schedules. Please honor the check-out time. Early check-ins and late check-outs are only available if another guest is not checking in or out of the property on the same day. To request an early check-in or a late check-out please message me no more than 24 hours in advance, and if available we will send you the early check-in fees.
PARKING: Parking is on the street in front of the house but please be courteous and not park in front of the neighbors houses.
Guest's get private access to the entire house.
You are given ONE parking pass per reservation, not per guest, not per stay and not per numbers of vehicles that you bring. The parking pass is good for one car ONLY. Please keep in mind that parking in front of the home is never guaranteed and we have no "ownership" rights to the parking space of a public street. These spaces are limited and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
We guarantee you a free parking with the parking pass anywhere vehicles are allowed on the street.
