* This Downstairs Duplex features 1 Bedroom with a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa Queen
* Nice Covered Front Porch
* Fully stocked kitchen Appliances, and Granite Countertops.
* We are located in a great area on Galveston Island

This Duplex has 2 separate rental units consisting of ********it upstairs and the other unit downstairs. Both units share the Hot Tub, Backyard and Laundry space.

When renting the downstairs unit, your parking space is the front of the home (if available) along with the parking pass. Please do not park in the back driveway by alley as the parking space is reserved for the upstairs unit.
Guest have access to the Entire Downstairs space plus all home amenities. Please make yourselves at home.

*** You are given one parking pass per reservation, not per guest, not per stay, and not per number of vehicles that you bring. The parking pass is good for one car ONLY. Please keep in mind that parking in front of the home is never guaranteed and we have no "ownership" rights to the parking space of a public street. These spaces are limited and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
