 Hello and Welcome to Casa De Flores Galveston. We hope your stay will be magnificent. We provide these house rules because we want to ensure you enjoy your stay to the fullest and treat this house with respect and care as you do your own. If at any time there are any problems, issues, or emergencies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
 Parking is allowed in the driveway, but please do not obstruct the sidewalk. Parking on the street is also allowed without permit. Please be aware of local city parking rules and regulations. We are not responsible for any tickets or tows due to parking or traffic violations.
 Please make sure doors are locked and secure when you leave or at night for your safety.
 Absolutely no Smoking inside the house. We would prefer if smoking on the property was at a minimum. If you smoke outside, please make sure all smoking materials are disposed properly and not thrown carelessly outside or anywhere else inappropriate on the property. If smoking is detected inside the house or discarded smoking materials found, you will be subject to extra cleaning fees.
 Please keep thermostat to comfortable settings. Be mindful of waste and abusing utility privileges. We want to keep costs low to continue to provide a valuable stay for everyone.
 For weekly guests, trash pick up is early Wednesday morning. Please make sure main trash can is placed on the street the night before.
 The main trash can is located outside the main gate. A garbage can is located underneath the kitchen sink and a small trash can in the bathroom. Extra trash bags are in the laundry room on the bottom shelf. Please make sure large trash bags are placed in the large trash can outside before you check out.
 Extra guests besides the number of guests booked are not allowed unless discussed before check in. If you are caught with extra guests, extra charges will be incurred for your stay.
 Parties or Events are NOT ALLOWED. Quiet time is 9pm to 7am daily. No loud music or unnecessary noise during quiet hours. This is a genuinely nice, quiet neighborhood with great neighbors, and we would like to keep it that way.
 No Pets Allowed at all.
 Any broken or missing items will incur charges. A detailed and itemized list of house items is available at request. Any broken item needs to be reported immediately and any missing items will incur a charge.
 White towels, hand towels and wash towels are provided. Please do not use any of the white towels provided for make up removal. Black wash towels are provided for makeup removal.
 Please flush only toilet paper down toilet.
 Please do not dispose of grease in the kitchen sink
*** HOUSEHOLD TIPS***
• Ice maker in refrigerator door does not make much ice, but there is a second ice maker in the freezer drawer that works very well
• Flower sculpture in dining room is on a timer. It will light on its own. Please do not adjust the timer.
HOT TUB
- NO children or unsupervised minors near or around hot tub
- NO glass allowed in or around patio. Plastic cups are available.
- NO sand or dirt in or around hot tub. Please rinse off before entering hot top.
- NO tanning oils, moisturizers, or body oils in the hot tub
- Any additional Hot tub cleaning fees will be charged to guests if rule
