This private owner's suite has all the luxuries of a standard hotel room with the added features of a two pullout sleeper sofas, a stackable washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. The unit has nine-foot floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony. This unit is the perfect escape in the best location on the Fort Lauderdale Beach strip. Situated directly on A1A and across the street from the beach, the hotel is right in the heart of beachfront shops, dining, and nightlife. Please note that the entire building, including the exterior balconies, are non-smoking.

Elevator Repairs:
Please note from November 6, 2024 to estimate completion time between December 6 - 20, 2024 guests of both the hotel and private residences may experience longer than normal wait times (particularly during high traffic times) in elevator usage due to maintenance being performed on two of the three elevators in the residential tower. Any delays do not constitute refunds from management. We do apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Guests are renting a private condo in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available throughout the hotel as well as the private Residential pool. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.
The W Fort Lauderdale is steps from Fort Lauderdale beach and conveniently located central to Miami and the Palm Beaches. The building is close to all major highways and only a short drive to Fort Lauderdale international airport. This beautiful home is located in the Oakland Park subdivision of coral heights bordering Fort Lauderdale and only minutes to Wilton Manors. The ocean and beach are just a few minutes away and Las Olas Boulevard (famed for its food, shopping, and entertainment) is a short drive. Every direction you go from this home you will find entertainment. With Fort Lauderdale dubbed the 'Venice of America' and the yachting capital of the world, you have easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If eco-tourism is your interest we have everglades national park where you can view the wildlife. Seminole Hardrock casino is within a 30-minute drive where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining. Las Olas Boulevard has fun for the whole family with dining, entertainment, and culture including the Fort Lauderdale Museum of art, cinema's, museum of science, and discovery and Broward center for performing arts. There are multiple concerts and sports venues through south Florida including the bank Atlantic center, American airlines arena, dolphin stadium, and more.
