The apartment consists of a bright entrance from which you can access a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom decorated with handmade tiles. Once in the living room, you can enter a second area dedicated to relaxation and to the second floor of the apartment, consisting of a large wooden mezzanine entirely dedicated to the sleeping area. On one side, two single beds, and on the other, a large double bed and a walk-in closet.
The ideal number of guests for this apartment is 4, but the sofa in the living room can be easily transformed into a comfortable and spacious double bed with slats, accommodating an additional 2 guests.
Given its location on the top floor of the building and the internal staircase needed to reach the sleeping area, this apartment is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties.)

The entire area is NON-smoking so we kindly ask you to NOT smoke inside the apartment or on the balconies. Pets, even if they are much loved, are not allowed, we are very sorry for this, but in the past distracted owners have led to important damages.
