The accommodation is located in a very good area, and there are very good restaurants to visit nearby. The Baldoria restaurant is a very good Italian restaurant close to home, the restaurant el pimiento verde also with Spanish food. I highly recommend the amazon restaurant also in the area. If you want a romantic terrace I recommend Raimunda (near Cibeles). The gay district of madrid -Chueca- is 25 minutes away by bus direct line.

-Do not bring people to the house. Bringing someone will result in a PENALTY of 50€ per person per hour.
-It is not allowed to sleep on the couch at night.
-Check out after the established time has an additional charge (check out is at 12:00 p.m.) LATE CHECKOUT: 10€ for each extra hour, after 4h the price remains the same. IMPORTANT: this will only be possible in case of availability of the host, therefore it will be necessary to consult in advance.
- The use of washing machine/dryer will be an extra service in case of short stays (less than 5 days). RATES:
* Washing machine: Standard wash (1h 30min) 5€.
* Drying machine: 2,50€ for each hour of drying.
* The machine can only be started by the host.
-Always lock the house. The loss of keys or locking the door with the keys inside has a charge of 30 euros.
