I do not accept immediate reservations since I like to know my guests before accepting any requests. When making your reservation, you should tell me a little about yourself and your trip to Madrid.
I offer you a spacious and beautiful room in a cozy and bright apartment in a very quiet street in the best neighborhood of the capital, Malasaña.
In general, I am very calm and like being at home, although I also like to party and have drinks with my friends, something I do occasionally.
I work from home, I am very sociable and friendly and with me, you can always chat and ask for advice to make the most of your stay.
Services:
Flexible check-in / check-out hours. According to need and availability.
Wifi (fiber optic) throughout the house.
Large SmartTV in your bedroom.
Large closet.
Heating.
Shampoo, shower gel, and towels are at your disposal.
There is no curfew, you can go out and enter the house whenever you want. Just try to be quiet if it's late.
House rules:
No guests, only you can enter the house.
No nudity! In the common areas, you have to be dressed, and if you are naked in your room, do it with the door closed.
No cooking. You can store food in the fridge (yogurts, bread, drinks, etc.) and make coffee/tea but no cooking.
If I am in the living room or in my bedroom with the door closed, please respect it and do not enter. If you have any questions you can send me a ********, I am always available to help you.
The neighborhood:
Malasaña, in the city center, is the most pop and alternative neighbourhood of the city. Malasaña is one of the historic neighbourhoods of Madrid that, curiously, brings together the most modern and underground residents of the city. You will be able to find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of businesses just out on the street. ** The apartment is 7 minutes walk from Chueca, the gay district of Madrid. Where you can find all the gay leisure in the capital and much more **
How to move:
Despite having 3 metro stations less than 1 minute away, we advise you to walk and get to know the streets of the city. If you want to use the metro you will find the stations of Bilbao, San Bernardo and Tribunal very close.
There are public motorbike rental bicycles (BiciMAD) that you can rent to get to know the city from another point of view.

- Calle de Fuencarral: from our apartment to Gran Via street, one of the best shops to go shopping.
- Barrio de Chueca: where you will find all kinds of stores for the gay public. Only 7 minutes walking!

- Bar Baranoa (Pelayo 31) The best pub where to start the night and enjoy a good cocktail.
- La Kama Café (Gravina 4) Another of the best pubs where you can enjoy a good cocktail with some waiters from the magazine!
- Marta, Honey! (Luchana 38) One of the best options to enjoy the gay night in Madrid.
- Discoteca Boite (Tetuán 27) If you like pop music and handsome boys ... it's your club!
- Discoteca Kluster (Covarrubias 42) The best electronic music club to enjoy on Saturday. If you like parties without shirts and endless party nights ... it's your place! Only 9 minutes far!

** We are very strict with the loss of house keys. If you lose the keys you will have to pay the amount of €80 to change the lock. Please be very careful.**
