Designed by a Columbus College of Art & Design alum, our home celebrates its history as a former funeral home, with some fun tropical twists. 1 large bedroom on the main floor, and 3 more bedrooms, living room, and kitchen on the 2nd floor.
Guests will have full exclusive access to the front unit of the property. The yard and parking space is shared with our neighbors in the apartment in the back of the building.
This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!
