Please keep thermostat set between 70-75 degrees and do not leave doors open at any time as this will make the A/C unit freeze up and the unit will not cool.
Home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property.
Cleaning fee charged is to get unit ready for the next check in - If the home is left in poor condition, you will be charged an additional $50 per hour.
Please report any maintenance issues or damages immediately – inspections will be done after each reservation to ensure property is in same condition as you found it.
