OCCUPANCY: The maximum overnight occupancy for this home is two (2) adult guests and one (1) infant or baby.
DAY VISITORS: The maximum number of people allowed on the property at all times is four (4) adults. Guests need to request approval for having more than two (2) guests.
EVENTS/PARTIES: An event is defined as any gathering that exceeds four (4) adults. Events, parties and unregistered guests are not allowed.
NOISE: Keep noise to a minimum outside. No outdoor amplified sound (outdoor speakers). Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest must be an adult over 25 years of age and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire period reserved.
SMOKING: No smoking or drugs inside nor anywhere on the property.
PETS: One (1) dog is permitted. No cats permitted. Please inquire about other pets in advance of booking.
WEAPONS: Guests are not permitted to bring guns, firearms, rocket launchers or weapons of any kind onto the property, regardless of your gun or concealed carry license.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING: Your cleaning fee will provide for the normal cleaning of your property. Any additional cleaning or excessive linen use will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per hour.
EXTRA CLEANINGS: Guests staying for 14 days or longer will be required to pay one additional $55 cleaning fee. Guests staying 21 days or longer will be required to pay for two additional $55 cleaning fees. These fees will be collected through the ******** resolution center after check-in.
