Lugano is the Wonder of Ticino overlooking our beautiful Lake Ceresio, a city full of events and beauties to admire. The apartment is a comfortable studio apartment, located in Breganzona, a district on the north bank of the city, with easy access to the motorway junction and from which you can easily move even by public transport to reach the city.

Ideal for both romantic stays and business trips.

Parking is free under the building.

The apartment is arranged as a quadruple Hotel Suite.

• There is a SOFA BED, ideal for two children.

When the sofa bed is closed it turns into an L-side sofa, with the rotating television in front of you, equipped with Smart TV with free NETFLIX; you can also connect YouTube and other applications and you will be able to see the normal national channels.

We chose this location for the sofa area, so if you prefer to relax without technology, you can also read your book while sipping a good tea or a glass of wine, admiring beyond the window.

We are on the mezzanine floor, but there are only three steps to access, this makes access even for older people ideal (but not in a wheelchair, unfortunately).

• The DOUBLE bed is very comfortable, from a 5-star hotel, and has very pleasant MemoryFoam pillows and sheets that will make you sink into the most beautiful of restorative sleep.

• The KITCHEN is fully equipped, with plates, bowls, and saucers for four people, glasses, cups, cups, glasses and mouthpieces.

We thought of every little detail, rose gold tableware, the knives for the meat, the bread knife, the cutting board, the peeler and the corkscrew, the salad bowl, several ladles, pots and pans for cooking.

You will also find a kettle, toaster, microwave and a Nespresso machine that makes exceptional coffee.

If you have a baby or a small girl, you can request it is possible to add the baby cot, high chair and some baby items, the extra fees applies.

• The BATHROOM has a spacious shower, hand soap, dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and shower foam and warms it dry me.

In case you have a newborn, we will also provide you with a fantastic Stokke tub for free to take a sweet hot bath.

For each adult we provide a soft bathrobe and for the children a set of towels.

• The terrace is comfortable and spacious and you can use it for lunch and dinner from spring to autumn in serenity; it has a table for six people, so you can also invite friends for a quiet evening with friends. The tent will allow you to shelter from the sun and rain.
