This unique pool home has everything you’ll want in a vacation home including Fast WiFi and Cable TV. Its open floor plan, unique architecture and romantic touches will make you fall in love with it and the city. You’ll be walking distance from many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as a 5 minute drive to El Peñón and Granada, which are the neighborhoods with all the shopping and entertainment you’ll want this exciting city!
The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. One bedroom on the first floor and two on the second. The living room opens up to the patio, pool and grill area making it one of the most unique and cool homes in the area. This property features our brand-new Le Chateau Soft Cloud Percale luxury bed linen for a heavenly sleep experience every time.

The cocktail pool is perfect for cooling off during warm days while enjoying an Aguardiente and noshing on locally sourced foods. The entire living room, dining, kitchen arrangement is tailor made for entertaining guests of your own.

Open the master bedroom’s romantic wooden doors on the second floor to reveal a gorgeous view of the pool and patio below, and take in the glorious sunny days this fun city has to offer.

A typical day here would look like this:
Wake up on your super comfy king sized bed, and make a cup of delicious Colombian coffee on the coffee bar right next to the master bedroom. Bask in the sunlight as you open the window overlooking the pool.

Once you're ready to take in the sights, stop by Cafe Valparaiso, which is just around the corner, for a unique and satisfying breakfast (try the delicious Calentado Valparaiso!). Now you'll have the energy to walk to El Peñon Park, which is just a 10 min walk. On Sundays you'll see local vendors displaying their handy crafts, including antique Pre- Colombian art, paintings, etc.

From here, at Just a 2 min walk, you can visit a riverside landmark called "Gato del Rio" or River Cat. The park hosts a unique homage to felines in sculpture form. Many local artists have interpreted their versions of cats and have left them on display for the public to enjoy. The main cat sculpture was created by Hernando Tejada, a famous Colombian painter and sculptor.

A 5 min Uber ride will take you to the Granada neighborhood. Cali's Elite lives in this area and it's well known for it's amazing restaurants and boutiques. After some shopping, stop by at Odiseo Bistro. As you enter, you’ll feel transported to the days of the Great Gatsby. Amazing decor, and even better food, drinks and service. It’s not inexpensive but it’s definitely worth the trip.

You can take a Uber/taxi back to the property to relax by the pool with your favorite cocktail or try some of the local Aguardiente, a strong anise-based licor.
The home is completely private, so guests have access to all of the home and its amenities.
Santa Rita and Santa Teresita are two of the top-rated residential neighborhoods in the West of Cali. These are "Tier 6" areas, which is the highest rating a neighborhood can receive. They're close to many popular areas in the city, while still being safe and quiet. The Cali River, which separates these two neighborhoods provides a calm, zen-like walk path. You'll see most residents walking alongside the river every morning. At the end of the path is the Cali Zoo, which is a great attraction for kids and adults alike.
While you don't need a vehicle to navigate the area, you'll want to use Uber or taxi to reach the popular areas like El Peñon, Granada, and larger shopping malls like Chipichape,
Parties are not allowed. No reservations from local guests allowed.

Some pets allowed - There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two or more pets.
TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. You have the option to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We do not provide streaming app accounts.
DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. If you use wipes, you'll be fined $1500 for any plumbing repairs.
No parties or gatherings greater than 15 people.
Fans are provided upon request. Like most homes in Colombia, this property has no AC.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
No loud music after 9PM.

Check-out is at 11:00 am if check-out is more than 30 minutes past check out you will be charged an additional $40.00. If you hold possession on our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged an additional day, this does not award you possession for the additional day it’s a penalty for holding possession beyond what you are supposed to because you could negatively affect a future reservation and costing us money by having our housekeepers wait around. Violation of house rules is grounds for removal of the property without refund and you shall be considered trespassing. All Guests must be declared on the reservation, if there are undeclared guests it will be considered as an additional $40.00 per day per person and could still be considered for removal of the reservation if any of these people are deemed unsuitable guests by the host or ********.
