This is one of our premier properties because of the huge yard and privacy it affords. Enjoy the large trees that provide peace and cool shade during the day, and a perfect canopy at night. The home has three rooms: 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, the third bedroom has a sofa-bed and a small desk should you choose to do some work, while gazing at the stunning trees outside. There’s a fully stocked indoor designer kitchen with a large island and fully automatic espresso machine, as well as a huge outdoor kitchen with pizza oven! We promise you'll never want to leave!

South Middle River is an area my partner and I have been working on for the last 8 years. We’ve renovated 10 homes or so during that time (including the one this one), and we’ve seen the area come through its transitional phase beautifully. Today, it’s a thriving neighborhood with many young couples and single professionals moving in. It’s incredibly close to all the great things Fort Lauderdale has to offer. You’ll also see people walking their dogs at all hours in the day, not to mention the neighborhood peacocks roaming around.

When you arrive, you will see some homes which haven’t been renovated yet, and some that are in the process. The neighbors are very friendly, and it’s a safe place. We’ve had many single people, couples with children stay at the house, and have a wonderful time. We’ve even had weddings in the back yard :-). Also, my partner and I live about 5 minutes away, so we’ll be close by if you need anything.
While Fort Lauderdale's transportation system is maturing, it's still not a walkable city. We recommend renting a car, or use Uber to get around.

$40 per day for pool heater. Please let us know 24 hours in advance since it takes that long for pool to heat up.
TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you’ll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you’ll be able to stream to the TV. You’ll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don’t provide streaming app accounts.
DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. IF YOU DO, YOU'LL BE FINED $1500 FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
No loud music after 9PM.
