Plus, you’ll have access to the pool, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and tennis courts onsite!

We kindly ask you to take a moment and read our house rules, as being respectful to all of them is crucial for the maintenance of our property and to ensure the same 5-star quality experience for our future guests as well.

Quality linens and towels are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, like trash bags in the trash cans, some paper towels, dish sponge and soap, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate. All trash must be disposed of daily, as well as at check out.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out.

The air conditioning should not be set below 74°F/23°C. Setting it to a lower temperature will not cool the home quicker. Due to high temperatures in Florida, setting the temperature below 74°F/23°C may result in the system freezing. If this occurs the air conditioning will have to be turned off to allow the unit to defrost, and the guest will have no air conditioning during this time and will be responsible for the technician’s call-out charges. Please keep all windows and doors closed.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 USD penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. If any party or event is discovered, guests will be evicted without a refund and will also incur a $500 USD penalty charge.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. Any failure to adhere will result in a minimum $500 USD penalty charge.
