Also on the first floor is a half bath, and laundry room. Upstairs is a master suite with a king bed and memory foam mattress. This room has a mounted smart TV. The master bath is huge, with a soak tub, and shower.
This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!
