The Brick Road Townhouse has been updated throughout! Our 2 bedroom townhouse has all new appliances in the kitchen and furnishings. All bedrooms have extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses. The third floor has a very spacious 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and queen size air mattress. Parking is not an issue at all as we have one off-street parking space next to the house and plenty of on street parking.
Our house is tucked away, in a quiet brick street in the Olde Towne East neighborhood. It is a quaint area, just a few minutes east of Downtown Columbus. There are lots of historic homes, and beautiful architecture. Our street is a very quiet street that is full of of lovely neighbors. This is not an area where loud noise is acceptable or tolerated by most of the residents. There are some properties in our area that have been revitalized, and some properties that are still under renovation. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors, but we also understand that some guests may not feel as comfortable in a developing area such as ours. We look forward to hosting and welcoming all guests to our beautiful spot!
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
