— Smoking is prohibited throughout all parts of the house, both indoors and outdoors. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is NOT allowed in and around all parts of the property. Littering on the property is prohibited. Littering and smoking in or around the property will incur an immediate charge of $2000 per occurrence.
— Congregations of greater than 6 persons on the property, in whole or in part, are strictly prohibited. Please limit outside activity and/or noise after sundown. There shall be no noise protruding from the property line limits past 9pm and there shall be no backyard activity of any kind past 11pm. No parties are allowed at all and at any time during your stay.
— Shoes in the house are NOT allowed . We ask you to leave your shoes outside by the door and be sure they are clean before bringing them inside. The house has no carpeting, so all floors may be SLIPPERY WHEN WET. We ask that all persons dry off completely before entering the house.
— Moving of furniture and fixtures is strictly prohibited, except for the outdoor lounge chairs. If you need to move the furniture, please check in with us before taking any action. Costs to replace or repair damage to any and all furniture, fixtures, and equipment will be taken out of your security deposit.
— Tampering with and/or destroying safety, security (including the cameras), communications, and entertainment equipment is strictly prohibited.
