This apartment was just created and designed and has all the amenities you need for your next trip to Philadelphia. Located on the 3rd floor top-level, as you walk in, you'll find yourself in a chic living room with a flat-screen tv and futon positioned for movie nights and Netflix/HULU evenings. The sofa doubles as a sleeper for one comfortably and extra linens are provided. We have a quaint dining area that seats 2 with a tall dining table which you can also set up as a work-station if needed.
The kitchen is directly connected and fully stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, and freezer. All cooking utensils are also included as well as pots, pans, and dishware. You only need to bring your food and drinks.
The bathroom has a shower and tub set up, vanity, mirror, and toilet. Very clean, comfortable, and with plenty of hot water pressure.
The bedroom is nicely designed with a full-size comfortable and plush bed with extra pillows and linens. We have a ceiling fan for extra fresh air, AC, and closet space. A private doorway gives you maximum privacy allowing you to have someone stay in the living room and in the bedroom as well. This apartment is great if you want to work or study from home while experiencing a nice getaway.

The cleaning will be serviced by my cleaning technicians and it is $100 per cleaning. This helps me maintain the integrity and quality of the unit. The area has everything you need to feel like you are in an amazing neighborhood. We are located near the Italian market where Rocky once ran down the street in the famous movie "Rocky". We also have dozens of restaurants, bars and lounges to choose from all within walking distance. You can also shop for fresh vegetables and fruits one block away at the Italian Market. The subway is also nearby on Broad Street and takes you to Center City in 6 minutes or southbound to the stadiums and airport transfers.
Parking is based upon availability, you can park free overnight and during the day there are time restrictions on most blocks. You can find a spot and park. You can walk everywhere from here and or take the subway on broad st and Lombard st.
