This is a nice clean and personal private apartment in the heart of the center city of Philadelphia. The apartment is fully stocked with all home amenities flat screen smart tv Netflix and Hulu ready. Full-size comfortable bed with soft quilts, a dining area where you can enjoy a nice meal or set up your laptop to work.
Full Bathroom with stand-up shower. Full Kitchen, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, pots, and pans. And all cooking and eating utensils. We have a comfortable couch that sits 2 and is a good place to rest and relaxes.
There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement area for all our guests which you can access 24/7. And if you find a spot there is free overnight street parking.
There is no elevator in this building. This apt is on the 4th floor.
The community coin-operated washer and dryer are located on the lower basement level.

This is my favorite neighborhood. Penn Medicine and the theater district are all nearby. There are so many places to eat and enjoy in the area. Plus you can literally everywhere that is a tourist and points of interest. The fashion district is nearby only a 5 minute walk and the subway is also only 5-7 mins away on market street. There are over 50 places to eat in this neighborhood with many diverse choices. This apt is a perfect escape for a short or long-term stay. Parking is a bit tough since we are so centrally located but with some luck, you will find a spot.
You can walk everywhere. Or take the subway on broad st as well on 11th and market. Ubers and Lyft Are all nearby.
