Noise: The house is detached, so noise isn’t usually an issue – but please be mindful of our neighbours if the windows or doors are open.
Shoes: Please do not wear shoes in the house, there is shoe storage in the hallway cupboard. It’s particularly important not to wear any high heeled shoes on the wooden floor in the lounge/kitchen, as it will damage the floor.
Smoking: There’s no smoking in the house, but in the garden is fine. Please do not stub out cigarettes on the floor / walls or throw them over the wall. Use the blue ceramic ashtray in the garden.
Guests: If you have any additional guests visiting, please check with us in advance
Our belongings: Please bear in mind this is our home. We’ll make sure there’s plenty of space for you, but you may come across some of our things in cupboards or drawers. Feel free to use the boardgames, and if you’re cooking, help yourself to salt, pepper, oil, ketchup etc. But if you use anything up please try to replace.
