The house is also very close to the A27, so great for commuters to the Worthing area or Gatwick.

There is a small step to enter the front door, as well as 2 steps into the back patio to exit the property at the rear, as the house is on an gradient. As these are the fire exits for the property it may be difficult for some people, with specific
disabilities, vulnerable people, or children to exit during an emergency.
