The master room is very spacious and has 2 closets, a Tv with local tv and internet access, a full bathroom and a King-size bed. The bed is comprised by 2 twin-size beds put together and dressed with king-size linens.
The master bedroom also has a spacious balcony, with a balcony table and seats, a treadmill and a stationary bike that you can use to work out while enjoying the park view.
The 2nd bedroom is perfect for families traveling with childred, and can also accomodate 2 adults. In the bedroom there are 2 twin-size beds and a Tv with Roku which you can use to log in to your favorite streaming accounts. Outside the 2nd room you'll also find a minifridge that you can use for your convenience.
On the 2nd floor you'll find the kitchen, living room and dining area, with a full size fridge, a couch and a third Tv with DirecTv cable access. The 2nd bathroom (half bathroom) is also on the 2nd floor, and next to it you'll find a washer/dryer you can use.
The 2nd floor also has a balcony with a table and 2 comfortable reclining seats to relax in.
Please note that the kitchen runs on a gas gallon, if by any chance the gallon empties during your stay, just let me know so we can change it for a full one.

Jesus María is one of the most centric and peaceful neighborhoods in Lima. It's just a short drive from the airport, and very close to financial district San Isidro and touristy neighborhood Miraflores.
The building is located in a very quiet area, facing a beautiful private park which will allow you to enjoy peace and great views. Just a few blocks away is Metro, a supermarket where you'll find everything you need for your stay!

The hosts took the time to best showcase their accommodation. Their home is now ready for your stay and they look forward to welcoming you as their first misterb&b guest!- Any person visiting the property needs to be announced prior to their arrival so the host can register them at the reception. Unannounced visitors will not be given entrance for security reasons.
- Reservations that are longer than one week will require weekly cleaning of the apartment at an additional cost of $25 per week, this is in both of the parties' interest to keep the space well maintained. Guest will be able to pay directly through Payoneer.
- Please maintain adequate cleanliness of the space while using it. If upon check out there's more than reasonable cleaning necessary, an extra cleaning fee will be determined.
- Please take care of linens, towels and property in general. Unwashable stains on linens, towels or furniture will result in replacement at the guest's expense.
