Lovely Loft 1 Bedroom Guest Suite "Pet Friendly"

HOUSE RULES
* Guest must be able to climb steep stairs upon entering. There are
approximately 13 stairs. DO NOT book if you are not able to walk the
stairway.
* Check in time is at 3pm. If your arrival is earlier than 3 p.m. or you expect
to arrive late in the evening, please give us a call so arrangements can be
made. All early check-ins must be approved prior to your arrival. Same
day requests may not be granted.
* Check out time is at 11am. All late check outs must be approved prior to
your check out time.
* Unauthorized late check out is a $50 fee
* Unauthorized check out 2 hours after check out time will result in the
guest being charged for a full day’s base rate without discounts.
* Any refunds/reimbursement given to traveling guests because of your
unauthorized late check will be your responsibility
* Absolutely NO Events or Parties! If guest are found to have a party
without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guest will be
responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of
the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE
THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
* Additional guest after 3 will be charged $25 per person per night
* There will be an additional fee for lost keys. In the event the key is not
found, guest may be charged for the replacement of the entire lock and
key.
* No firearms allow on premises.
* No smoking allowed indoors. Smoking indoors is a $50 penalty
* If guest are suspected of carrying and/ or using illegal drugs of any kind,
the authorities will be engaged, and GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE
THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
* Cleaning fee includes cleaning, sanitizing and preparation for next guest
arrival
* Property left on the premises after 3pm will be donated to charity.

We want to make the check-in process smooth for the next waiting guest therefore late checkout has to be authorized. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Rules for our furry friends.

I hereby agree to the following house rules for pets while staying at The Lovely Loft

-Guest are more than welcome to bring their furry friends. 1 furry friend is $35 and 2 furry friends are $70. Any additional furry friends will be charged at a rate of $35. This fee will be charged during your booking process.

-Please make sure your furry friend is tick and flea free prior to booking.

-If Guest need to leave the pet alone for a short period of time, the pet must be crated.

-If applicable, Guest will use either us the gated backyard or the street nearest to the house to walk the pet to relieve themselves. Guest are responsible for cleaning up ALL pet waste. The is a small trash container near the loft's door for waste.

-As a responsible pet owner, Guest agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet or suffered by any person during the Guest staying.

-Guest understand that the host will charge accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment.
