The building is located 1.9km from Polanco Subway Station (20min walking) and just 18km from the Airport (30min by car, light traffic). The area is safe for walking and for long distances I recommend the use of Uber.

The laundry service is only available form Monday to Friday for 5€ per load. Smoking is only allowed at the balcony. Use of this property for business purposes or financial gain is forbidden. It’s use is exclusively residential. No noise or music is allowed after 10pm and other guests might be around so please be respectful during the day as well. For your own safety please be aware that you are not authorized to reset, unplug or alter the internet modem/boosters, HomePod, noise sensor, smoke detectors, and surveillance system in any way. Drug use is prohibited by the Federal Law in Mexico and any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities. Non-compliance will result in the immediate termination of your booking.
