The kitchen also comes stocked with crockery, cutlery, pot and pans, washing up liquid, a sponge and kitchen roll to accommodate those who wish to prepare their own meals.
Each studio contains an en-suite equipped with towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll. Everything listed will be re-stocked weekly by our lovely cleaning team who will empty your bins and hoover your studio, as well as change your bedding bi-weekly.
There is 1 unallocated private parking bay on the drive to the left of the House, guests may also park on the grass verge along the brick wall also to the left of the property. There are an additional 10 paid bays at the nursery further up the road on the opposite side marked “Covstays” where guests may park for £5 per day. If these locations are occupied guests may park on the street but there are restrictions which need to be noted.
CCTV is set-up in communal areas and outside the property for your safety. An office is also manned at the nearby Victoria House between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, where guests are welcome to drop by with any issues or queries which we will do our best to resolve.
Please note we collect £100 damage deposits from all of our guests on arrival, this is fully refundable at the end of your stay assuming no significant damage is done to the room or its contents.
