- • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation.
- • Unannounced Extra guests: $50/day/guest over 2-years of age. Since we do not allow visitors, any unannounced guest is considered an extra guest, even if they do not stay overnight.
- • No smoking of any substance at any time inside the property or on the patio - a $250 penalty fee will be issued. Smoking must occur 20 feet outside of the apartment building.
- • No animals allowed. If there is evidence of an animal on the property, a $150 fee will be imposed immediately.
- • Unapproved late checkout (checkout later than 11:00 AM) will result in a fee of $100/hr
- • Please leave the parking clicker on the TV stand when you check out. Failure to leave the clicker in the unit upon check out will result in a $200 fee.
- • No gatherings, parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
- • No loud music.
- • No disturbances, especially past 10 pm
- • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After this time they will be donated at management discretion.
- • No illicit activity of any kind is permitted in the apartment or on building premises.
- • The cost of any damaged, broken or missing items in the apartment as a result of your stay will be deducted from your security deposit.
- • No mail or package deliveries are permitted to be received at this apartment.
- • Tampering with a smoke detector or any safety equipment including the ring doorbell camera will be subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation.
- • A government ID verification is required as well as a completed profile.
- • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
- • You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and the adherence to these rules at all times.
- • You must be orderly and respectful. Intoxication, disorderly conduct, objectionable language, or other disturbances are all causes for the immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property.
- • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or in or around the pool.
- • Do not have large numbers of guests at the property or at the pool, particularly on weekends.
- • You are expressly warned that the pool and surrounding areas are dangerous and may be used only under the condition that the user assumes all risks of personal injury or property damage without qualifications.
- • Minors are not permitted in the pool at any time without a parent/guardian present. Parents and guardians assume all risks of personal injury to their children or guests in the pool and surrounding area.
- • The use of glass containers or metal cans is prohibited in the pool area.
- • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or in or around the pool.
- • No diving is permitted in the pool - No jumping from balconies or elevated areas.
- • The pool is open every day of the week from 9 am to 9 pm. Please honor these hours and respect the neighbors by keeping the noise at a moderate level - refrain from yelling, shouting, and running.
- • Ring Doorbell Camera outside the home by the door and cameras in common areas of the Apartment Complex (Parking Garage and Front of Apartment). Noiseaware under the living room TV and Vivint Security System inside the home.
