In 2022 this property was torn to the ground, removed, and in 2023 new home was put in its place! So please note that some of our reviews are not up to date or about this brand new home at all!!
THE SKINNY: This sweet little salt water canal front beach bungalow is a family friendly mobile home with boat house and lift situated in the treasured heart of Crescent Beach in a neighborhood called Treasure Beach. It is a wonderful residential neighborhood on a maze of canals, with close proximity to the beach. It is walkable to the dedicated neighborhood beach walkover. There is easy access to the intracoastal waterway by boat, kayak or canoe. This is the kind of place you can easily settle in and enjoy for a week or more. From the dock and back porch, amazing sun is available in gobs throughout the day! The kitchen is stocked to allow you to entertain and prepare meals for your whole group, or easily re-heat food from any of our wonderful restaurants. Relax inside or outside - enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!
THE PROXIMITY: Walkable to the beach! Drive-able within 10 minutes to the best parts of prime St. Augustine Beach and a 20 minute drive to the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A is our main commercial corridor, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. To the south of St. Augustine is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun and another amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail. This home is less than 10 minutes from Publix grocery store.
THE SPACE: The home sleeps 6 in 2 Queens and 2 Twin beds. The kitchen is equipped to service your group for a great night in! The TV's are Smart so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

OPEN LIVING: The space is open so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, several trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.
PARKING: Parking is off-street in our driveway only.
LAUNDRY: We offer laundry machines in the unit with starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. The beach is right nearby and walkable! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses at A Street (must have 4 wheel drive) or in Crescent Beach to park and walk on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. The canals all feed out to the inter coastal waterway, where you can make the most of your boat, jet ski's and stand up paddle boards. Nearby is the local boat ramp where you can drop in.
Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.
Treasure Beach has its own dedicated beach walkover directly across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood!
A close and convenience restaurant in the neighborhood is one of my all time favorites! - Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimmichurri Steak Quesadilla!
We recommend renting a car for your stay so you can easily reach all of St. Augustine's many offerings! Uber and Lyft are also available.
