Located in north town St. Augustine is a quiet, up and coming neighborhood that is close to the St. Augustine Airport, St. Augustine High School, and a short drive to Historic Downtown, attractions and beautiful Vilano Beach.
Our little cottage is completely private and dedicated to our guests. It is situated behind the family home. The guest cottage has its very own parking, and plenty of it! It is outfitted with a private front porch patio area that is equipped with lots of comfy seating and a propane BBQ.
Inside, you will find a cozy living room area with a large SmartTV that provides both YouTubeTV (better than cable) as well as streaming apps - you are welcome to sign yourself into Netflix, Hulu, etc. Beyond the living room is a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, with brand new appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc). There is a small high top dining table in the kitchen for your convenience. The laundry closet is located in the kitchen as well, and we provide laundry soap for you.
Located immediately to the right in the hall is the bathroom, with full shower/tub and two sinks to accommodate your group best.
The Layout Unit B has a solid 2 bed 1 bath layout.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed, large closet and a calming green color scheme. Lots of fluffy pillows!

Out back there is a fenced in yard where you can let your dog run and play.
