GUEST CHECK-IN AND ACCESS
CHECK-IN - Check-In is normally between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-ins after 6:00pm incur a charge of $25USD in ******** payable directly to the person who checks you in. IMPORTANT AIR CONDITIONING AND ELECTRICITY CONTROL
Sliding glass doors to terraces and other windows to be closed when air conditioning is on. It is sometimes easy to forget and leave the terrace doors, bedroom and bathroom windows open with the A/C running. This can cause water damage to the ceiling if it happens over a long period of time.
Also please note that the cost of electricity is very high. Please be very conscious of the A/C and use the On/Off button in the living room and in each bedroom in the morning AND before you leave. When you return and turn the A/C back on, it will cool the apartment in less than 5 minutes.
