Our flat is on the ground floor of a traditional Sandstone tenement building. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, so the flat is suitable for a couple, four friends, or a family.
The kitchen and lounge are open plan. There is a breakfast bar and four stools which makes it a really sociable space. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also plenty of cereal, tea & coffee to get your day off to a good start.
The Bathroom has a big walk in shower and the bedroom has a rail to hang your clothes. We also provide a hairdryer and there are numerous USB sockets around to charge your phone.
For those planning a longer stay, there is a washing machine, clothes rack and an iron & ironing board.
Guests have full access to the whole flat, as well as the small garden area to the front.
Dalry is an eclectic area of Edinburgh, very close to the city centre with lots of great new restaurants and independent shops popping up all around. There's also a highly recommended cafe right on the doorstep.
Haymarket train station and tram stop are an 8 minute walk away. You can get to most places in and around Edinburgh from here. There are also bus stops only a 2 minute walk away.
It will take less than 30 minutes to walk to the castle from the flat, and about 15 minutes to Princess Street.
