Hi Guys!
Welcome to my much loved and deceptively spacious unique traditional tenement home of over 20 years. It's situated in a leafy quiet 1-way residential street with almost door-to-door frequent public transport connections to mainline rail and bus stations. Princes Street, the City Centre and the majority of attractions are within 20min easy walking radius or just 5-10mins by bus or tram. The direct airport tram will bring you to within a trolley-bag friendly 5min walk of the flat too!
Ideally suited for the single traveler, you will have exclusive use of the generously proportioned and quiet bedroom with new modern en-suite wet room. We'll share use of the separate WC, kitchen and comfortably furnished - described as 'eclectic' - living room. There's a wide choice of breakfast and all-day dining available locally although a variety of light breakfast cereals, muesli, pastries, fruit and beverages are, of course, always to hand. You're free to use of the kitchen too if you'd sooner eat in than out.
Your sharing my home is part of your holiday homestay experience - it's a home after all, not a hotel. It's your anytime chillax space so feel free to wander as you will or just cocoon with feet up and peace to read, relax or whatever, share some 'life tales' and some hosted hospitality!
