Regulations of the Zziny House

Dear guests!

Welcome to Zziny House.

You are about to spend your vacation in a private apartment. We have made an effort
committed to creating a welcoming environment and we hope that you will spend beautiful and recreational days in our ******** wishing you a happy stay in Catania we give you some suggestions to follow in respect of everyone.

6. Take care of the space as if it were your own home.

7. Should you wish to use the daily cleaning service or use the washer and dryer, it is possible by contacting the facility (service fee).

8. The facility has free wifi service, the password will be given to you at check in.

9. Generally, smoking is not allowed in our apartment. Any damages, such as burn marks and holes in or on the furniture, sofas and chairs, linens, tablecloths, etc., consequently must be charged on the invoice at replacement value. This is not included in the rent.However, on the balcony you can smoke safely. An ashtray is also provided
10. Bathroom: Please do not dispose of hygiene products absorbent toilet paper and or meal leftovers in the toilet. Use the bins provided. Do not tamper with the thermostat of the towel warmer which is already set (from h.7.00 to h 10.00 and h 17.00 to h 21.00 in the winter period).

11. You will be able to take possession of the unit after 14:00 on the day of arrival and you must vacate it by 10:00 on the day of departure.

12. Each guest is responsible for the safekeeping of his or her personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment; the owner is not responsible for their unfortunate misappropriation

13. Each guest is responsible for his or her behavior in the house and the 'area surrounding it, and in case of accidents attributable to him or her, he or she will be called upon to pay compensation for damages.

14. The tenant is given the keys to the facility, in case of loss and / or deterioration of the same, must be given timely notice to the landlord and / or person in charge, will be charged to the tenant any costs of replacement of locks and / or remake of the same.

15. The property owner has the right, in the absence of the guest and under special circumstances, to enter the apartment to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is required to promptly inform the guest of his or her entry into the apartment/room.

16. If there is anything in the apartment that does not fit or needs help, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items inside the apartment or part of the apartment, which are on the balcony or terrace may be used by guests. Please use the inventory with care and please see to it that fellow guests do as well and abide by the rules of behavior.

Rules of the Zziny House

committed to creating a welcoming environment and we hope you can spend some beautiful and recreational days in our house; in wishing you a happy stay in Catania we give you some suggestions to follow in respect of all.

1. Water is an asset that is not to be abused. It is cohabitation, in the historical center they often do not send water with constant frequency; there are spare tanks, so we avoid waste.

2. Also electricity, create co2 and if we go out from home take care to turn off the air conditioner or at most if you are practical set times.

3. Zziny House is exclusively linked to the Hospitallers occupying the apartments
therefore access to unauthorized persons is forbidden; visits by external guests must be notified in advance to the management.

4. Regarding the check-in, your identification document will be required to fill in the form to be sent to the police for the anti-terrorism law.

5. On-site credit card payments are not accepted.

6. Take care of the space as if it were your home.

7. If you want to use the daily cleaning service or use a washing machine and dryer, you can contact the paid service structure.

12. Each guest is required to keep his personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment; the owner is not responsible for their unfortunate removal

13. Each guest is responsible for his / her behavior in the house and in the area surrounding it and, in the case of accidents attributable to him / her, will be called upon to compensate the damage.

14. The keys of the structure are handed over to the tenant, in case of loss and / or deterioration of the same, timely communication must be given to the landlord and / or manager, any charges for replacing locks and / or charges will be charged to the tenant remaking of the same.

15. The owner of the property has the right, in the absence of the guest and in special circumstances, to enter the apartment to avoid the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to promptly inform the guest of their entry into the apartment / room.

16. If there is anything in the apartment that does not square or needs help, please contact us. All objects inside the apartment or that are part of it, which are on the balcony or on the terrace can be used by guests. Please use the inventory carefully and please ensure that your travel companions do so and respect the rules of conduct.
