Absolutely no parties or events of any kind are permitted. Not only is there no room for a large gathering, the neighbors will call the police.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the unit on the property.
Parking in the driveway is for the adjacent bungalow. Vehicles parked in the alley will get towed.
Please do not lose the keys if you should need them instead of the digital locks, there is a $75 fee for any key that has to be replaced.
Absolutely no pets are allowed. An additional $250 cleaning fee will apply for any unauthorized pet on the property.
