Hello. My name is Steve. We, my roommate and I (his name is also Steve), have opened up the 3rd bedroom in a 3 bedroom condo to become your home away from home. WiFi is included in the room. We have air and heat for your comfort, a washer and dryer, and some house privileges. The complex also has a pool and a Jacuzzi for your convenience. The bathroom is large with two sinks. The room sleeps 2 comfortably.
As for us, we enjoy current events, history, politics, cooking, sports, and much more. So, come and stay with us, we hope you enjoy your stay. We have tried to do everything we can to make sure that the room is comfy, clean. welcoming, and that you have all of the conveniences of being at home. Very sorry, but no smoking is allowed in the room or in the house, and no pets. Otherwise, our home is your home. :)
We only take bookings for the week of Comic Con one week in advance of your arrival. There's a 4 night minimum for that week. Booking that week (typically the 3rd week of July), if you want to book it further in advance, would require a nonrefundable deposit. Though we do go to great lengths to keep the room closed up and cat free, anyone with severe cat allergies should take our having a cat into consideration before making reservations.
