I am a recently retired physician, and I am now focusing my attention on my own health and well-being. I have adopted a very active lifestyle with weight-training, yoga, and a healthy diet. Travel, adventure, fun, and maybe even a little relaxation are also part of the retirement prescription! I am very open-minded and have a profound respect for diversity and differences of opinion as we all navigate our unique lives. I always strive to find the silver lining in every dark cloud, and I am a master of turning the negative to positive, because experience has taught me again and again that positive attitudes bring about positive outcomes.
