I am a Marine engineer, and I enjoy living in this waterfront neighborhood. Andy and I have recently bought this vacation house, and we enjoy hosting guests and showing them the area that we love. We live across the street from the cottage in a beautiful gay friendly neighborhood where the majority of the homes are gay occupied. We recently purchased the cottage and renovated. We previously rented out the cottage long term but think it is better suited for a short term get away.
The waterfront view from the cottage is beautiful and located in the secluded Elizabeth River Circle neighborhood. Downtown Norfolk is a short drive or trip on the light rail, The Tide, and the downtown is full of dining and entertainment that we enjoy.
