I grew up a mid-western boy, with a strong work ethic, left home when I was 18, and joined the U.S. Navy. Served six years as an engineroom mechanic on the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise. Was my first opportunity to experience life on my own and see a bit of the world.
After my navy years, I felt compelled to travel aboard and find myself, met my first boyfriend in Amsterdam, and began the process of coming out, to family and friends alike. Never turned back. Spent many years married on the east coast, Boston area.
Find myself, happily Single, now in Galveston, Texas, having created a fun vacation getaway & retreat center for the LGBTQ+ community located on this gulf coast island.
