This bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming building in leafy Bellevue Hill, Midlothian. It’s directly across from Blackburn Gardens and the picturesque Redleaf Pool (also known as Murray Rose Pool), a tranquil natural harbour beach. Plus, it's just a 10-minute stroll to the vibrant Double Bay, where you'll find an array of boutiques, bars, and restaurants.
Midlothian is one of three charming period buildings nestled at the end of a long driveway in Bellevue Hill. Tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat, it’s also conveniently close to all the essentials you may need. The one-bedroom apartment features:
BEDROOM
A spacious room with a queen bed, bathed in afternoon sunlight. It offers ample hanging space, drawers, and a fan for summer comfort.
LIVING AND DINING
An open-plan area with a cozy couch, easy chair, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV. The lovely dining nook is perfect for meals, and the doors open to a private patio where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of birdsong.
KITCHEN
A fully equipped kitchen with a drawer dishwasher, oven, microwave, and gas burners, ideal for cooking enthusiasts. A hidden washing machine and dryer are also included for added convenience.
BATHROOM
A full bath with all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing stay.
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. We will lock up one bedroom (it is a two-bedroom apartment) and four cupboards. Guests can access everything else. There are a few steps leading up to the building and then into the building.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
Cross the road to get to glorious Redleaf, one of the best harbour beaches in Sydney, which features a large harbour pool and boardwalk. Swim out to one of two pontoons then wander up the steps to the cafe, which offers fantastic coffee (Little Marionette!) and a mean bacon-and-egg roll. Or walk 10 minutes down the road to Double Bay for great shopping (Scanlan Theodore, Husk, Mode Sportif, Jan Logan and much more) and seriously good food and drink. Be sure to visit super-chef Neil Perry's bustling precinct, which includes two-hatted fine diner Margaret, new Cantonese restaurant Songbird, cult bakery Baker Bleu and the hood's hottest bar, Bobbie's.
There's a bus down the bottom of the driveway that will take you to Edgecliff Station or on to the city. Parking is available at the top of the driveway but be warned - it's "scramble parking", which means it's first in, best dressed. If you're out of luck, there's usually plenty of parking along Victoria Road.

All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in.
