Fully furnished modern apartment with two spacious suites, one with a king-size bed and the other suite with two double beds. We also have high-speed Internet, washer and dryer, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric stove and flat-screen TV in the living room and suites. The balcony has panoramic views of the Miami skyline and some Bayview's , which are especially stunning at sunset.
The living and dining room has an open concept with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances.
There are large windows throughout the apartment allowing uninterrupted views and allow you to see the beautiful view of the city skyline and some Biscayne Bay
Fully equipped modern gym, infinity pool, barbecue area with kitchen and living room.
We also offer free parking for one car in the condominium garage.

Our Location is around 10 min from the Kaseya Center (Home of the Miami Heat). Across from Biscayne Bay your are only a few minutes from Miami Beach and South Beach. A 30 min drive from the Bal Harbor Shops and much more.
While the luxury boutique storefronts may initially draw many visitors to the Miami Design District, the experience is elevated by captivating public art everywhere you turn. From Buckminster Fuller’s palm-lined Fly’s Eye Dome in Palm Court to German designer Konstantin Grcic’s Netscape, a network of hanging chairs, the district is a feast for the senses.

($ 120.00) Lite House Cleaning, includes more dishwashing, garbage collection, cleaning the trash surface.
($ 175.00) House cleaning includes all of the above, as well as cleaning floors, kitchen, and bathrooms.
