Our dedicated team of professionals meticulously disinfects, cleans, and monitors the water quality of our swimming pool on a weekly basis. This ensures that our customers can enjoy a pristine and safe swimming experience with confidence. We kindly request that you refrain from draining water or adding any chemical disinfectants without prior permission. Your cooperation helps maintain the pool’s high standards and the well-being of all our guests.
*. Please note that the jacuzzi next to swimming pool is not working.
*. The swimming pool utilizes solar panel heating (not gas heating). As a result, the swimming pool water temperature may not be as warm during the autumn and winter months.
*. Steps disclosure: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the first floor; 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 full bathroom on the second floor.
*. AC Disclosure: Central AC for the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
