4. Loud music cannot be played at any time to maintain good relations with neighbours. Fines may apply for disturbances. The property is monitored by Noise Alarms.
5. No "schoolies" bookings accepted. Please respect this policy. 6. Bookings from groups under the age of 28 are not permitted
7. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property
8. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
