The house is strictly no smoking, use of the house is on the basis of that there will be no parties or events and pets are not allowed. Guests should note NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
