This modern 1-bedroom apartment is newly renovated, with air conditioning/heating, new furniture, and an upgraded bathroom. The bedroom has a full-sized bed and there is a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room.
There is an adjoining kitchen with a full sized fridge/freeze combo, an oven with stove-top cooking element, a microwave and a deep sink. Featuring new stainless steel appliances, you'll have everything you need to cook great meals during your stay. Or, if you're feeling more adventurous, try any of the fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The Odds Bar next door is open for brunch, and has daily events like trivia night, karaoke, and shows Sunday football games. Or, across the street you've got One Duke's Tavern, an oyster bar that also features pasta and pizza.

There are many scenic walking and hiking trails, as well as the West Harbour waterfront, and breathtaking waterfalls.
Our home is close to downtown Hamilton, a YMCA with a gym and swimming pool, St. Joseph’s hospital and only a 20 minute drive to John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.
We offer on-site parking for $15/day. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.
Hamilton's buses run regularly just a few metres from the apartment. There is also easy access to the highways and downtown core.
Our apartment is just metres from the Hunter Street GO Station, with morning service every 20 minutes express to Union Station (downtown Toronto) and back, every 23 minutes to Square One and Toronto International Airport. Evening return service available as well.
• Please be advised that, for safety and preservation reasons, bikes are not allowed inside the unit. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing bikes indoors during your stay to ensure easy access in the hallways and to avoid any obstructions.
• For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
