Enjoy the waterfront views of Dog River, drive 30 minutes to get to the beach, or head to downtown mobile in just a short 10 minute drive. The comforts of home will await when you return - feeling like you're in a remote location while still in the city!

Located off of DOG RIVER with a pool and a SUPER large fenced backyard, this is the perfect spot for a retreat in city limits!

The house is a large, open concept floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room area, 1 car garage (with electric door), plenty extra space for storage, a large laundry room and more. There is even a spot for golf cart charging and a RV hook up! This home has been completely renovated with new furniture, mattresses and bedding! There is a 55" TV in each bedroom as well as an extra large 65" TV in the living room.

If you’re not up for cooking, have peace of mind that a fine selection of dining options are within a 5-minute drive or Uber away – including Southern, seafood, and steak restaurants, and as well as some local fast food favorites (FOOSACKLY'S Chicken)

- Bedroom 4: Privacy suite (located on the opposite end of the other bedrooms for more privacy) - Queen bed with bathroom just a short walk away

Pamper yourself and end your day like a royalty with a refreshing shower or bath in one of the 3 bathrooms equipped with all the necessary toiletries:

Dining Room: located as a shared space with the living room. This area has large windows to look at the beautiful yard out front or out of the back to see the river, pool and yard! There is also a Murphy bed cabinet located on the wall in this area for extra sleeping arrangements.

GPS gets you to the house super easily! Just follow the directions. There is ample parking in the driveway with the ability to fit 2 cars side by side down the driveway, a parking pad out front, and a residential 1 car garage. There is a neighborhood boat launch as well as one directly in the backyard (though the water can be quite low at times, so proceed with caution)
There is an RV hookup located through the second garage door. The boat launch located on the property is completely accessible, though if the water is low (which it can be sometimes when it hasn't rained much), we would advise you to use the public launch located in the neighborhood.

ONLY overnight stays are permitted; if you're interested in renting it out for content creation & photography, please mention that in your communication for pricing.

Guests can use everything within arm’s reach (convenient parking, and other unique amenities). Guests have access to the entire house and all amenities, except locked cabinets/closets.
This is NOT a pet friendly unit, but we do have other listings located in the midtown downtown area that are - so reach out if you're needing something pet friendly.
