Laundry can be done in the shared laundry within the building, and there are also laundromats and dry cleaners within a short walking distance. Please be aware that there is no lift and the apartment is accessed via stairs.
The whole apartment is yours to use and enjoy - you will be provided with a set of keys for the duration of your stay.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
Potts Point is one of Sydney's oldest and most dynamic inner city neighbourhoods, where historic buildings and grandiose mansions meet a vibrant nightlife and cafe culture. It is a melting pot of cultures and people, and its proximity to the harbour, CBD, transport and dining is unparalleled. On weekends visit the nearby Farmers Market for organic groceries, easily walk to Sydney harbour, Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf, Sydney Botanic Gardens, Boy Charlton Swimming Pool, and the Art Gallery of NSW, or explore the glorious parks and gardens surrounding Elizabeth Bay and Rushcutters Bay.
Kings Cross train station is within 2 mins walking distance, and provides access to the city and eastern suburbs. 15-20 minutes walk into the city. 30 minutes by public transport to Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach. There is on-street parking often available, however it is time restricted.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
For ALL reservations except in ********: There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card.
Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
