Welcome to your high rise modern luxury apartment in the heart of Downtown! Hotel amenities with no resort fee, as this is a privately owned apartment with kitchen that shares all amenities and perks with the hotel. Stay walking distance to Bayside Marketplace, Kaseya arena and many restaurants and shops. There is a free metro mover that takes you to Brickell as well as the museums right outside. Enjoy hotel grade amenities in this brand new futuristic building. Partial Biscayne Bay views from our unit which is located on the 30th floor.

LOCATION: The property is just a 5-minute walk from Bayside Market Place, YOTEL Miami provides accommodations with a restaurant, private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, evening entertainment and a 24-hour front desk.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

BEDROOM: Features a Queen size bed with blackout shades. There is a walk in closet with hangers and built ins for storage. There's also a murphy bed available in the living room

BATHROOM: Features a walk in shower with a rain shower head.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal in. The cabinet built in fridge and freezer add a modern touch to the sleep kitchen design. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking. Open concept dining space and a washer and dryer closet off the dining area.

LIVING: Open concept with a round dining table and seating for 3 guests. Comfortable sofa with a full size Murphy Bed built into the wall. Smart Flat Screen TV.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

BUILDING AMENITIES: YOTEL PAD Miami offers onsite: Pool and hot tub (Dawn to Dusk). Towels included on the pool deck. Gym (24 hours a day) Towels included in the gym. Hotel lobby lounge equip with comfortable seating, lighting, and wireless chargers. 24 hour front desk attendant for general inquiries and lobby assistance.

PARKING: Private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed) and costs $60 per day. There is also metered street parking and nearby city owned garages that charge $15 a day based on availability like College Station garage across the street from the property.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox or mail key access. However You can order packages to be held in package lockers which are self access as a mailbox key is not required. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

SAFETY: Our commitment to your wellbeing manifests in our adherence to all CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols. You can rest assured, as our dedicated team undertakes thorough disinfection measures in the unit. Surveillance cameras safeguard the property's exterior.

OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 10pm. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native "visitors". We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.

Downtown Miami is the heart of the city. This unique stay is located 1 block from Bayfront park, walking distance to art museums the Miami Heat Arena, Whole foods, dining and shopping. Short 8 minute drive to Miami Beach.
There are so many options, from the free taxis, to Uber, you can easily drive anywhere as well. We recommend renting a car or taking uber.
