The fully equipped kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and an oven tea kettle, so you can enjoy your favorite drinks. And when it's time to clean up, our home has a dishwasher and washer & dryer to make things easier.
You'll also appreciate the convenience of our smart thermostat, which allows you to easily control the temperature. For added peace of mind, our home has a 24/7 monitored security system and in-unit smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

This is a private apartment and is part of a larger community. We at Viewpoint Enterprises are required by the managerial staff to have each guest acknowledge the rules/policies for the private community. These community rules and policies, are to be adhered to at all times during your stay.
★ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
》We offer a smoke-free and pet-free environment for every guest. The smoke-free policy covers all indoor and communal spaces. Failure to adhere is a violation that will result to the cancellation of your booking.
》If you do bring kids with you, you are responsible for them and their safety at all times
》Early check-in or late check-out may be available at an additional charge
** There will be a PET FEE amounting to $15/per night and maxed at $300 per month**
IMPORTANT: We require photo identification prior to check-in to ensure the safety and security of our guests.
When guest smoke inside the unit we have a smoke remediation process than can take up to two hours or longer. This process consists of the use of an ozone machine and we will be charging $250 remediation fee.
If you book for a same day check-in, we ask that you allow us an additional 2 hours to get the property ready. Please check with us to confirm immediate availability.
Please be aware that last-minute extensions cause a significant amount of disturbance to our team. If you are considering extending your reservation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Extensions made on the day of checkout will be subject to a $150 convenience fee.
