Located less than a two minute bike ride to Bailey Beach on the Bay or a five minute bike ride to gulf beaches or the Sanibel lighthouse, the location of this home is fantastic. Additionally, it is located less than a two minute drive to the causeway, providing guests easy on and off island access during peak season traffic.
It features three large bedrooms with queen, queen, and twin/twin bed configurations and two bathrooms with shower/tub combos as well as a half bathroom on the first level off of the kitchen. Additionally, guests may purchase access to the amenities at the Dunes which include pool, social, tennis, and pickle ball. The golf course is publicly accessible for a fee.
