Rare family-friendly home within walking distance of The Podum, Spokane Arena and Spokane’s award-winning Riverfront Park. This beautifully-decorated home lends 3 comfortable bedrooms (plus air mattress), 2 bathrooms, a front porch with seating, and back patio with furniture set for relaxing or enjoying a meal, and free street and off-street parking. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, coffee pot, and basic cleaning supplies. Sorry but don't allow pets here due to allergies.
You'll go up approximately 7 stairs (with handrail) to the front porch and enter the front door. The living room welcomes you with comfortable sofa and smart TV. To your right, you'll find the formal living room, which circles around to the chef's kitchen with lots of counter space and stock for cooking, making coffee or tea, and a full size fridge with attached freezer. Coffee provided. Off the kitchen, towards the back door, there is a half bath with loo and walk-in shower. Circle back to the living room, and you'll find the first-floor bedroom door just behind the sofa.
From the living room, you can also access the stairs to go up a set of stairs to 2 more bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with full tub insert and shower. There is a baby gate at the bottom of these stairs.
On the main level, between the kitchen and dining room, you'll find a door that leads to the basement which is where the laundry set is set up. Laundry detergent is provided.
Outside, guests may park on the street, in the driveway or make use of the garage. The garage opener is in the kitchen by the coffee maker. Please do not turn off any light switches in the garage.
We do have recording devices on the outside of the home, front and back, for safety and security. These cameras do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring door bell at the front door and faces the street. The back camera is on the garage facing the outdoor dining table and alley. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
Should you need anything during your stay, the property management team is local and, typically, available to deliver within 24 hours.
Air conditioning is a seasonal amenity. Please inquire if you need to confirm that there will be A/C during your stay.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Non-******** Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Guests may use the home, front and back yards, patio furniture, charcoal bbq, street parking, driveway parking and one garage. The yard is not fenced, and we do not allow pets here. There are 2 locked rooms in the basement which are for owner's storage and cleaning. These two rooms are not for guest use.
This lovely home is a block away from a school, and within walking distance of Spokane Arena, Garland District, Kendall Yards, local dining, wine tasting, breweries and seasonal Farmers markets. Mall shopping and entertainment are also a short drive away. The home is only approx 25 min drive from Spokane airport, and about 10-15 minute drive from Whitworth, WSU Spokane and Gonzaga University, and 30 minutes from Eastern Washington University.
It is downtown, so there is potential for noise, and possibly cars parked on the street during school hours and there may be mild traffic during drop off and pick up. However, this home is on a street adjacent to the school, not on the same street as the school, so there shouldn't be a large impact on your stay.
Neighborhood is situated in west central, just minutes to downtown or north Spokane.

For non-******** reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
